Cons
Close knit family atmosphere can be toxic. Horrible benefits low pay as of 2022 mid range Healthcare for a family costs $450+ PER WEEK not including vision, dental, or life they are all extra. Coupled with the sub 15$/hr starting salary means you spend more then half of your paycheck on insurance. Also you are capped at 2 weeks vacation time (10 days) and no sick leave and at least one forced day off every year with no pay (day after Thanksgiving plant is closed with no pay).
