Fun and challenging job, opportunity to learn a lot about orthopedics and sales, some great people to work with including doctors, job allows you to help make a positive impact Self starters/people who truly push themselves and want success can find it here, and rather quickly at that.
Cons
Underpaid compared to competitor companies, no benefits, many team members think they work hard but dont, somewhat toxic work environment, lack of true management
