ActX has a great product that is picking up momentum in the marketplace. I was part of a talented and focused team committed to improving healthcare through genetics. Many startups emphasize culture but are lacking in the product department, not the case here. Great office location downtown, competitive pay and most roles do not require a background in genetics - they will teach you. Lot's of career growth potential here for those willing to put in the work. Reasonable work-life balance.
Cons
CEO wears many hats and manages multiple teams, not a place for those who need constant feedback. A small team means YOU are often your own best resource - this isn't a con to the right employees for this job.
