Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, we appreciate your honesty. Your mention of struggling leaders within the company is something we recognized as well, which is why we implemented our management training at the end of last year. We hope that this will help bridge that gap and ensure our employees feel more supported.
Your comment regarding favoritism and promoting those who follow blindly, was tough to hear, as we strive to provide equal opportunities for all our staff. We brought in the internal job board process, so everyone on the team received the opportunity to apply for roles within the company. It is clear now that this may have missed the mark, so we will look at this process further to assess its success, thank you for bringing it to my attention.
We are pleased you enjoy the work life balance and perks, and we have many more new initiatives for our team to enjoy over the next little while too! Please let HR know if you have any other suggestions, because employee wellbeing is very important to us.
