very poor pay, extreme disorganisation, dishonest hiring process, painfully slow development process, out of date technology stack

Not Great, Not the Worst

Pros

- work/life balance - good perks & benefits - allows for autonomy in your role - not micro managed - good place to build some experience for a resume but not a long term spot

Cons

- struggling leadership & lack of vision from CEO - COO is a puppet master, has hands in everything and manipulates scenarios in his favor - they don't give second chances, if you mess up once they will "coach" you but essentially you will never been seen as someone who can advance within the company anymore - they give opportunities to people they like and people who will follow blindly & quietly - projects are mishandled which makes it difficult to create quality relationships with clients - currently trying to expand tech offering to include more than Drupal but again a lack of vision and how to achieve this means we miss opportunities

Thank you so much for your valuable feedback, we appreciate your honesty. Your mention of struggling leaders within the company is something we recognized as well, which is why we implemented our management training at the end of last year. We hope that this will help bridge that gap and ensure our employees feel more supported. Your comment regarding favoritism and promoting those who follow blindly, was tough to hear, as we strive to provide equal opportunities for all our staff. We brought in the internal job board process, so everyone on the team received the opportunity to apply for roles within the company. It is clear now that this may have missed the mark, so we will look at this process further to assess its success, thank you for bringing it to my attention. We are pleased you enjoy the work life balance and perks, and we have many more new initiatives for our team to enjoy over the next little while too! Please let HR know if you have any other suggestions, because employee wellbeing is very important to us. Of course no company is perfect, but we want to make every effort to be, so allowing us to see it from your perspective is extremely helpful, and can serve to make us better. We thank you for taking the time to review our company.
