Pros
Great colleagues who like to work hard and have fun. Compensation is okay, benefits were great when Acresso was Macrovision, but that's changed. Management is fair and respectful to work/life balance.
Cons
Company recently purchased by an investment firm, changing the culture, management. Market opportunities for Accresso software products may be matured or be on the decline. Management completely changed during my 3 1/2 year tenure. The CEO tends to bloviate about this and that leaving you wondering why he has that position.
