All Saturday and sunday off Office boy is a great guy.
Cons
Long workings hours If you'll try to leave on time manager will guilt trip you. They will give you work at 5 PM and expects you to sit and finish it. While leaving everytime you've to seek permission. Zero extra curricular activities. Bland office culture. If you've to take leave you'll be working extra hours just to compensate it. Even for leaving on time you've to take permission 1 week before. There is only entry timings and no OT or anything. There is no etery or anything near by.
