Low oversight from management at each site. The site manager at our place was a blatant racist and discriminative. We reported this to higher management, who didn't seem to care. Because I've had better bosses and have been managing employees for the past two years, I can say that the man they hired should have never been given the manager role. If they're growing in NY, it's only due to the fact that the product is good.

The HR and management are secretly in relationship making the all working environment toxic for everyone else at work. They always cover themselves first and use anyone in their advantage. The Director is working from home and has no clue of the staff as the first person to hear from is the HR. They will come whenever they want and take days of when they need and keep it secret. There is no team building and the problems are discussed in closed doors to prevent any disadvantages. The relationship with the headquarters are prevented. Be prepared to fetch and stay in the corner as any self defence will not be tolerated. A lot of staff hot fired without proper reason.
