Good start point but not recommended unless you have no other option
Pros
Their 2 month BIM training is quite comprehensive and covers all disciplines. If you want a career in BIM and can endure a 2 year bond, its a good starting point and stepping stone further on in your career.
Cons
Its an outsource company. After your 2 months training they throw u to clients. If u get good clients then good, if bad clients then steep learning curve. If no clients then only paid basic. Most of your learning and experience is at the clients, not AcePLP. Their priority is to the clients so u have no say in wanting to leave for another client. There is no structure in staff development or strategy in maintaining their resource competency. They just treat u like cattle. Other Cons: 2 year bond still ok BUT they eat a lot of commission out of u. Pathetic staff benefits. Commission reduced even when u take paid leave. Only rich clients can afford to buy you out of your contract.
