      Good company, cliquey culture, low standards

      Pros

      Good work-life balance Beautiful office spaces Good internal mobility Opportunity for interesting project work and advisory, as they remain very broad in focus with dedicated experts internally (legal, claims, construction work etc)

      Cons

      French-first culture, which harms integration in offices outside of the Paris hub. Exclusionary, and vague boundaries between work and personal relationships - small office normalises this. Lack of momentum or drive in the company and culture, with low rigour and no strict standards set internally, which can flow out to project work and output.

      Salary was decent and benefits could have been better.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and absolute no integrity from the Toronto office leaders. There was no inclusivity between the offices. Everything was french millenial based. Terrible onboarding process and the process of letting someone go was appauling and disgusting.
