Management is extremely unprofessional, offensive and rude. Instead of being helpful, they make you feel inadequate. There is no formal training process which makes the job difficult to learn. They tell you to ask your peers for help but those peers also have work to do so it's difficult to get the answers needed. They have too many meetings as well. When half your week is full meetings, it only leaves half the week to do a full weeks worth of work. The company is understaffed for the amount of work that needs to be completed. They don't have good health insurance options, no dental insurance and no 401k.

Extreme lack of support from management, verbal abuse, under paid, over worked especially nights (like 3am!), weekends, holidays, etc., no training, and employees morale is in the toilet
