Before joining the AVB Group, I’d heard a lot of negative feedback. But I found this very much untrue. And I can honestly say it was an amazing and really rewarding experience. I only left because I wanted to peruse a career client side. The AVB Group has great clients and projects. The main reason I joined was the quality of clients on offer and scope of work. I found the management team really great, I started off originally as a temp, moved to a mid level role before progressing to a head of department all within 3 years. The connection to McCann Dublin also presented great opportunities to work across both agencies which I found amazing and very rewarding. The management team also implemented a 4 day working week, which was incredible and a really unique perk for agencies.

A good work life balance, a competitive salary and fast paced, interesting work. Lots of room to learn on the job, as well as training where and when required. The agency is listening to their staff, and creating a culture around them, rather than top down.
