Not a good opportunity for sales professionals.

Pros

Newer building, comfortable work environment, decent benefits.

Cons

Weak resources: unreliable IT infrastructure, poorly managed/maintained CRM with limited capabilities, Lotus Notes, extremely poor reporting tools. Sales territories change often with little regard to existing customer relationships. Unprofessional behavior is tolerated and ignored.

Pros

Great technology company! Experts in video/film technology. The HBA of choice in Hollywood! Fantastic place to work as an engineer. Good place to work in Marketing, Finance or Operations.

Cons

They're very tough on sales people. Rapid turnover particularly on the outside. Extremely unrealsitic and unachievable sales targets. Falling incomes and increasing workloads. Very difficult to advance in the organization- they tend to hire from the outside.
