- Some nice people who are not in management and just haven't been properly motivated to leave - Career advancement when somebody gets frustrated with the leadership and quits

- Leadership who consistently belittle and throw their staff under the bus - Below market pay for most roles - Lateral promotions without any more compensation - Most of leadership who were trying to change things quit and they were replaced by people who were unaware of just how bad things were or were aware but just "playing the game" to get ahead

Monday-Friday Good people when it comes to not being about work Good teammmatee
Cons
Care less about the production team. Office staff complain about coming to work when we need them care more about working from home. Upper management is a friends club. Management does nothing to help develop its own people, little room for advancement. Would rather pay to re hire than train in house. Underpaid as a carpenter in this business.

Cons
Upper management is the reason this company is always on the catch up. Production manager was given the title not earned just like the people he helps advance. Skilled and experienced workers get undermined all the time.

Company is uniquely positioned with an incredible set of skills and capabilities. Some good people.

Very high turnover of creative directors. You know someone is about to leave when the CEO starts paying attention to their projects. Zero opportunity for advancement. Reliance on old tools and processes that actively make day-to-day work worse. Very resistant to change or criticism. Not competitive pay. Lots of upper and middle management, and most of the actual work falls on juniors and freelancers.

- The employees at the company are truly great to work with. Everyone is always there to support each other, even when it's out of their "job responsibility" or maybe not part of their day-to-day job function. - The diversity of projects we have the opportunity to work on are incredible. Anything from digital engagements, retail store construction, branded environment pop ups - you are never stuck doing the same thing every day and can feel comfortable enough to vocalize if you want to do something different or feel something might be better suited to your skill set. - Your opportunity for personal development and growth are huge if you put the effort in!

Communication & clarity to employees has been challenging the past year (COVID restructuring, remote office environments) as our business has had to adapt quickly based on our industry. Our type of work is very hands on and is always best suited with employee collaboration happening in person. Management has identified this as an opportunity to get better across the board and has committed to focusing efforts on providing more transparency & tools to help employees be more successful.
