- Getting knowledge and first experience in the aerospace industry. - Multicultural Team - You won't have to work more than 8 hour a day, because higher management doesn't want to pay for overtime.
Cons
- Pay is really low regarding responsibilities. - Benefits are pretty bad (1 week of Holidays after one year, health insurance is expensive). - High turnover, people leave or get fired quickly... - ASSIC is very unorganized, and doesn't have any processes - ASSIC is a small company, so the only way to get better job opportunities is to leave or become General Manager -Company Culture could be summed up as making as much money for the owner. -Upper Management/CEO as to be consulted for every strategic decision you want to make.
