Very laid back culture and money is good
Cons
Management was new and had no idea what they were doing and training was nonexistent. I'd ask to be trained and my manager would push it off or just do the work for me and say she will show me another time. No one on the team was willing to help. On my first day I was told by another coworker that there is no training and you just figure it out on your own. Having a manager and coworkers that weren't willing to help from day 1 was a horrible experience.
