      It feels like a family. Most of the staff has been here for 15 to 20 years so we all know each other like family members

      Cons

      Small company so there are a lot of scheduling conflicts when trying to take time off

      It's a job. The hours are bankers hours so the work life balance isn't bad.

      The only con is Management. Poor management has lead to a hostile working environment.
