Flexible schedule and pay is pretty good
Cons
There simply isn't any leadership, so no one is ensuring that we are all moving in the same direction. Everyone is worried about their jobs, so there is backstabbing going on at every turn. Horrible morale and everyone is looking for a new job unless you are at the top level and one of the favorites or at a customer site where you don't have to deal with corporate.
