Thank you for sharing your feedback with us, we take every comment seriously to make internal changes to improve. I am sorry that your time with us wasn’t ideal and we recognise that our company is not for everyone. We are working hard and staying committed to alleviate the stresses of our employees. Regarding your comment about "Impossible artworks against students' ability", all our curriculum has been meticulously planned and executed more than once ever since ARTARY has been in the industry. We are also highly committed to continuously improve our lesson deliveries to ensure that the variety of materials are up to date, overall aesthetics and art knowledge can highly benefit our next generation. We have structured strategies in place to ensure that the students are able to work according to their own pace by referring to the "Student's Learning Preference", personally set by their parents at the time of enrolment. This allows more versatility during their time of making art. However, your feedback is greatly appreciated and we are thankful for the time you have taken to leave this review. Regarding your comment about " One weekend burnt & Low pay", we ensure that it is important that all our potential candidates are aware of our official working schedule as well as remuneration in our employment contract before hire. We also make every effort to explain this in our recruiting process. Once again thank you for your review. Regarding your comment about "No staff welfare", we hope that educators in ARTARY are proud to be part of something special and unique, and we recognise that their hard work helps keep us on this path. We have in place attractive reward systems and incentives for all of our full time employees and many have been benefiting from it. However, we will continue to analyse if we’re providing completive benefits to our staff and make adjustments along the way. Once again, thank you so much for taking the time to leave your review which can help us strive to do better. Your feedback is greatly appreciated and we wish you all the best in your career.

Pros

- Pleasant and conducive work environment. - Friendly and encouraging co-workers - Provide learning opportunities.

Cons

- Class Schedule may get messy and you have your class removed last min; overlapping in scheduling teachers. However, understandable if it's because of student not turning up. - Strict rules to follow and may end up getting FINE (big amt $$$) or dismissal if serious.

Pros

Systematic artwork lineup throughout the year. Potential to earn incentives every month.

Cons

Working alongside of incompetent partners is a nightmare. Weekend scheduling is a nightmare especially with shortage of teachers. Management keep introducing unnecessary tasks that becomes taxing overtime.
