In my 30 years of being in this business (hvac) I have had the privilege of working at some great locations. The support I receive from the ARS corporate office is unlike any other I have encountered. The people make the difference. Stacy Miller, Scott McAllister, Jason Hiller, Dave Hasewell & Scott Kasic just name a few.
We are pushed but respected! That's a Big Deal!!
Great to be apart of something bigger than myself.
Cons
Emails ... OMG! I have never had so many emails sent to me in my life.
Necessary .. Absolutely! Just had to get used to it.
And the micro management can be a little excessive at times!
