Do NOT get your start in the entertainment industry in this company. Filled with micromanaging executives who will not respect YOU or YOUR TIME. Hypocritical. Claims to be fighting for social justice and underrepresented groups but underpaying their junior staff with unreasonable demands.

The most micromanaging organization I have ever seen in my entire career. Working for a "Celebrity" who supposedly has values to empower the underrepresented? The Founder literally fosters a toxic work environment and unless you are an executive you are not respected or valued. Benefits suck, pay sucks. Founder sucks. I will NEVER work for another non profit ran by a C-list celebrity ever again. Good Ridden! Offered absolutely nothing. You have no autonomy to provide meaningful work. All staff at the time were completely miserable. Just a MESS
