Pros

This was my first work from home job. I learned using Appfolio here and I was able use this knowledge in my freelancing journey. The company has this weekly meeting where they update you with the performance of the company, the achievements of other employees and just getting to know everyone which is good for a work from home company. I also love how you get to work with people from all around the world. Taylor was also so nice. You can see he cares for his employees.

Cons

Low salary. This is the reason why I resigned. My starting rate was $1.73/hr or $300/month. But if you are after gaining work experience, you can start here. They did have salary increase once a year but you have to pass their exam. As someone who hates exams, I find this stressful. I just hope it was performance based rather than an exam.
