If someone from the API Heat Transfer HR group ever approaches you for a job, don't take the bait! - Very high turnover and often positions are left vacant to the point were entire groups cannot function - Very low pay and ever decreasing benefits. HR will lie to you in order to get you to sign on the dotted line - Outdated IT and ERP system (minor but it is a problem)
