      New people they are hiring are all trying to make a difference

      Cons

      - no product exists; there is a something but it's a custom development shop - tight timelines for all development work - no to very little work life - not open to change, tenured employees are not open to hearing recommendations - old processes, managers galore but no leaders - benefits are industry-low.. 300$ - thats a joke - no townhalls, no strategy conversation, everyone locks their office doors and sit there
