A team lead level person is managing the entire floor including managers just because of favorism. - Employees feel hesitant to raise concerns due to fear of negative consequences, which can discourage open communication and this has happened in our project with a lot of employees and there is clear retaliation by the senior manager - If I get a good job, i would leave this company immediately even if they would offer me a promotion or salary hike. - Very toxic environment here in AML Rightsource
