      Pros

      Great people, I love basically everyone one here Lots of upside, business has the opportunity to grow Lots of room for improvement internally, so if you're good, you'll stand out

      Cons

      Business is owned by PE and the lack of CapEx has really shown up in dilapidated buildings and facilities. They are 10 years too late moving or renovating and it really shows. Very focused on Six Sigma doctrine which is good in theory, but sometimes the focus is more on doing the activities than the spirit of making things better.
