      None, mico manage and are insensitive to your needs ex: child is sick

      Calls are back to back, breaks are short, no room for growth, low pay.

      The salary for insurance follow up was the highest in the area.

      Cons

      Hiring manager wasn’t honest about IT department being able to work with Apple products, so I had to go out and buy a new laptop. Promoting is not as easy as promised in the interview. I missed 3 days of training due to computer issue and wasn’t given any documentation or a way to makeup what was missed.

      Pros

      Pays good for hard work. Good training and they try to keep everybody motivated with cook outs and little goodies and prizes.

      Cons

      Not much room to grow or switch to other departments because they pretty much just do phone work and very few other kinds of jobs.
