      - Horrible senior management - Failing business model - Poor outlook on the future - Below average compensation and benefits - General lack of communication throughout the company - Witnessed a lot of management being rude, condescending, and untruthful - A lot of negative discussions about employees - Poor planning with a complete lack of tracking and reporting including against budgets, KPIs, goals & results - Unrealistic timelines and deadlines with a complete lack of consistency and proper project management - Absolutely no collaborative approach to reaching goals; teams often not getting along or being pinned against each other - Many problems for a team that has zero problem-solving skills
