Ability to take time off when necessary, good customer loyalty/satisfaction......
Cons
Complete separation of management and regular employees. No recognition to employees who really deserve it. Pay is very low, raises unheard of. Zero communication skills on management level. Company has lost family feel it once had. Morale it terribly low. Upper management too busy lining their own pockets with ESOP cash, using it as a personal piggy bank! Theives!

The best part was the free food.
Cons
Management has no idea what type of environment they have created. All they do is sit on the second floor and never come down to see the real people who run the front office.
