I don't know if there was something positive to be mentioned in my case.... Young people need a different environment to perform as they are looking for open minded companies.

Lack of organization, tyranny not management, communist thinking at board level, absurd strictness and stiffness, the opinion of the employee is not valued, no clear instructions given, humanity has no importance...
