I've had a fantastic experience working at ADAPT Technology in Auburn Hills. The leadership here is incredibly supportive and patient, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day work life. They provide ample time for training and genuinely create an environment that encourages success. It's clear that they want to see each employee grow and excel. At least based on my observations and experience. My fellow associates are friendly and bring a lot of big personalities to the table. The company culture is amazing—it allows your personality to shine and become one of your strengths. This is a place where you can truly be yourself and feel valued for it.
Cons
ADAPT is a small business atmosphere that thrives with adaptable personalities and requires flexibility. A larger corporation may be a better fit if you prefer strict structures and habits. However, this growing small business's freedom and dynamic environment will keep you on your toes and exciting.
