      Pros

      If you speak Chinese, there will be more opportunities.

      Cons

      The company does not really appreciate your contributions. The compensation is disappointing, and you can never say “no” to senior leadership’s opinions. Because of the China time zone, there are a lot of early morning meetings.

      they never appreciate or respect the employees; they are just looking for money, money and money. very bad management has no idea about business and people management, and they are very biased towards asian employees despite their lack of understanding and low qualification.
