Micromanagement, pay scale, lack of guidance, questions go unanswered when you reach out for clarification. High turnover rate.

Easy work but constant pressure to produce

You won’t have to answer any calls, work is quick and easy to learn

Cons

Pay was not great and you have to be producing ALL THE TIME (they will ask even if you have a 5 minute gap in between work activity)
