      - AAW has High flexibility - Friendly work environment - Good working location - Private health insurance - Equal salaries scaling. - The company is famous in Kuwait. - Two days off (For senior management only).

      Cons

      - Family management. - Low salaries. - No yearly increments (sometimes every 2 years and some employees more than 3 years) - Not international company. - Not clear job descriptions. - No bounce scheme for senior management in some departments.
