      Pros

      Current product is becoming a very popular choice and the future growth for HECM products is on the rise.

      Cons

      Despite the celebrity delivered commercials, the customer service in house is terrible and the employee satisfaction is even worse. Any organization with a sense of growth will always know that the better you treat your employees, the better services the consumer receives without the need for useless trainings and wasted monies for marketing that's outdated.
