Pros

The employees at the properties who strive to keep this company alive. Without them, Corporate is nothing.

Cons

The ignorance and pure stupidity that comes from Corporate. They run each property, regardless of the state and the rules of the state, as if they all exist in PA. No communication, love to micromanage and some of them are only happy when there is drama. When the higher up says something, it is never questioned but trust me, you will get 7 memos telling you one thing then only to take it back in one day. They are completely arrogant and at first act like you are “family”. Don’t be fooled, you are nothing but a number. My favorite was always the camera in the office. I was told, “this is for your protection.” If that’s the case, you may want to point it at the door and not the desk. It’s only there so they can LITERALLY micromanage. Purely disgusting company. They build new, “beautiful” properties with the cheapest stuff they can find so then you, and only you, have to deal with the repercussions. My favorite was the mold and leaks happening in each building and how they refuse to get anything fixed.

Pros

Some of the employees are good people.

Cons

You always have to watch your back. Cannot trust anyone. You don't get paid for your PTO. No communication with HR department. They are a money grubbing company. They charge for everything. Security in building is lax. Only cameras are in fitness room, outside pool and in managers office.

Pros

I shouldn’t have to think this hard to come up with a pro!

Cons

If you work at a single person property, everyone else dictates your time off. You get PTO but must have coverage to use it, so if no one wants to cover your property you can’t take it. Also training was horrible. I had 1 day of training and was by myself in day 2.
