Pros

Nice people, talented and skilled. WFH culture.

Cons

Bad clients and burn out culture drove good workers away. Also the Head of PMO never seemed to have anything valuable to bring to PMO meetings and appeared to default to PM courses for material.

Pros

Highly intelligent staff who are highly motivated to do good work Some great VPs who really are the glue behind the scenes Cool clients Job perks like client discounts

Cons

Upper management/CEO don’t realize how toxic an environment they have fostered here where pointing fingers and blame run rampant and staff are fearful of having their mistakes shared with others and ultimately getting “in trouble” with the CEO. Training and processes are almost non-existant and though this is on the radar of upper management, they are still flailing when it comes to execution . People have to figure things out on their own and learn by not doing something correctly and getting reamed out for it People are encouraged to work excessive hours, especially during high season (60-70 hour work weeks are common and never addressed by management). Lack of recognition for a job well done unless you are one of the CEOs favorites. Abusive behavior by colleagues and/or clients is tolerated.

Thank you for taking the time to provide this review and bringing your concerns to our attention. We do our best to balance the needs of our customers and those of our team members when making decisions across our approach to hiring, training and resourcing. Due to the nature of our business, customers have seasonal needs that require us all to band together to see projects and programs to completion. We're mindful of this when reviewing our operational platforms and hope that we're balancing those times with the lower seasons. We also make sure there are recognition moments in our company meetings where each team highlights team members who have provided them with support. We're constantly focused on making small strides to have a great, distributed workplace where you can have a voice through 1:1s, company surveys and open door policies. If you're currently still with us, please reach out to myself directly to discuss the challenges above. Thanks.

Pros

- Director's do care about employees very much but due to no organization structurally they have a difficult time understanding needs and helping. -Some cool clients. -Some people are nice. -Great Associate Director of Search and Great Associate Director of Social - but they left and came back for much higher salaries.

Cons

Cons: - The great reviews the company suggests people write to counter the bad ones. - Most disorganized company I have ever worked for. NO standard processes in place which makes it impossible to get anything done correctly. - Most Upper Management is totally out of sync, does not know what is going on, and say they want to help you out but really don't do anything at all to lighten a crazy workload. Common for people to work 18 hour days and fall asleep at their computer. - SINK, DROWN, OR DOGGY PADDLE. No on-boarding and 3 days into working there expect you to know everything. - SOME people are rude and have no compassion. - Some AM's do not understand paid search, programmatic, or social media at all, making it almost impossible to work with them. - They change up titles and they essentially mean nothing. Do not reflect the work done or experience and got paid less/the same than people with less experience because of a shortage. - They hire warm bodies that have no experience. - Due to all these cons - the clients genuinely do not get close to the best performance they could.

Thank you for providing us with this feedback and I'm sorry you had this experience with our company. Looking back over the last year from when this review was submitted, we definitely went through some growing pains in ramping back up after COVID. Being a part of small company that acquired another company created challenges operationally and we're learning as we go to make sure we're improving upon the previous day. That's not to say we're perfect now, but our new Agency Operations team is ensuring we're standardizing employee onboarding, our tools are connected for managing the work and we can better monitor the levels of effort required to produce the great work we're known for. There are a lot of learnings in this review for us, and we take these to heart and are continually making sure we're a great place for everyone's career as we continue to grow and add new members across every team. It's a journey and we're excited about our current people and their impact across the areas noted in the review. Wish you best of luck in your next adventure.
