      Pros

      the hourly pay for techs is pretty good. and the monthly bonuses are alright if you have good numbers

      Cons

      management doesn't give a rip about the techs. it's over 90 degrees inside the shop in the summer and we barely have fans. no Porta Cools or anything. But they will spend a crap ton of money re painting the show room and parts area. But they don't care that we are dieing in the shop. we don't even have water in the shop, you have to walk to the other side of the branch to fill your water bottle. this is the only shop I have worked in, in this state that doesn't have Porta Cools or AC. And the shop exhaust fan has been broken since I started here and they won't fix it either.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are appreciative of the effort you put out for them. Little raunchy, but that's expected in such a business with 95% or more male employees and clientele.

      Cons

      Boss wanted a fully white staff, so I didn't last very long after hire.

      0 pros Worst management I’ve ever dealt with.

      Cons

      This place will treat you great until you get hired. Then your management will not train you. You will have to learn everything on your own. The management is very abusive with there employees there is nobody to turn to because corporate doesn’t care. Even the HR department doesn’t care how your treated. They work you like a horse and give you no compensation and you get no recognition. If you want to be verbally abused and unappreciated this is the job for you.
