As one of those hires, I've seen firsthand how the lack of experienced leadership can sometimes lead to chaotic situations that could have been avoided. We've all grown a lot, but now the company needs to grow too, especially in building the support systems, benefits, and clear policies that make employees feel secure and valued for the long haul.
