Exciting events on boarding team to Agile

Cons

Toxic work environment without respect for peoples time or mental health. They send you emails at 3am and expect results. Also, work hours that should have been 7.5hours would stretch to 10 hours which contravenes Canadian labour laws. Horrible place to work.
