      Pros

      Management keep me informed throughout the waiting process. They have been inspiring and compassionate throughout the waiting process. Their commitment to value the employee is reflected in their passion during the selection process.

      Cons

      The length of time from selection to hire. For it's not the contractors fault but the government regulations.
