      A Tech. Company with Significant Issues

      Pros

      -As a relatively new company 3D-P may have opportunities to move up quicker in some periods than in others -New employees are very friendly -Manufacturing staff is very friendly

      Cons

      -Few in organization know the corporate mission, goals, and objectives -Very haphazardly put together -Promotes gender roles - women in marketing, HR, etc. -Management is different depending on your boss -Very high turnover in certain departments -Can have unrealistic expectations -They will make you work extra long hours if you are on salary -Work appears to be rushed -A lot of pressure to work overtime and to reach unrealistic goals

      Good group of people at employee level

      The senior management has no idea what they are doing. CEO particularly clueless. Company had a good idea a while ago and has had no innovation since.

      Great co-workers. Flexor hours depending on your manager.

      Cons

      CEO is rude, misogynistic, wants to be center of attention, talks negatively about employees, talks over you, doesn't meet his deadlines, constantly has excuses. Doesn't hold himself accountable. Not liked by many other than those without a backbone and unwilling to stand up and hold himself accountable. High turn over rate in certain departments. Managers not understanding what their employees do. Expect too much of you.
