Pros

Had the opportunity to work with wonderful personalities at HomeSuite. It was a great team environment that could have blossomed into something special. Day to day job can be challenging but also rewarding at the time knowing that you have helped people find a place to live. Regardless of what team you are on you better be ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard because things can get tough around here. Overall this place is for tough minded people who are looking for a challenge. The only thing that made this company great were the people here.

Cons

The CEO David Adams is a deceiving. In our monthly team meetings he promised exponential growth and success. We felt like we were a part of something big here. However the harsh reality is that he laid off the entire company in one day. Management team always played favoritism for whomever they got along with. They fail to recognize my ideas and the intangibles I brought to the team. Overall THIS COMPANY IS NOT STABE!

Pros

i just sat here for 5 minutes trying to think of one, just one positive thing, and I couldn't....

Cons

This does not feel like a company, it feels more like a school project. So if you like awful, terrible school projects then this is the place for you. I don’t even know where to begin. From the inexperienced/poor management, to ZERO transparency regarding anything in the company (lay offs in every department every 3 months), lack of communication between teams, the 60+ hour work weeks with no overtime pay and working on weekends (don’t even think about taking a lunch), the product/website being so glitchy customers can’t even use it, and there being absolutely no room for growth. The worst part is that management does not care about you, or your well being. They overwork their employees and make you feel like bad on a daily basis. The office is infested with mice (mice droppings all over your desk every morning you come in), in horrible neighborhood and gets broken into all the time, office is extremely loud and over capacity with only 4 bathrooms for 80 people (2 are always out of order). Lastly, if you’re glancing through all of their reviews and reading “challenging but so rewarding,” or “make a difference in a fast growing company.” Those are fake. They took people from different departments in the company out to lunch. At the end of lunch they told us they brought us there so we would go back to our desks and write a good glass door review. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AND DON'T LOOK BACK.

Pros

It's a start-up, but that's all there is to it.

Cons

- Too many to list. - The managers act so secretively about everything. - People are let go for no reason. - There is no transparency in anything they do. - You are expected to do your job while the management provides no support. - We are told to write positive reviews to beef up the ratings. - A few of the recent reviews o this forum have been written by current management and HR people. - Run not walk away from this company. - There is no start-up feel. no team work, no support! - The whole management is a joke with no real experience to manage, but they are quick to throw other employees under the bus to make themselves look good.
