Pros
Best digital projects in town. Competes with shops in LA, NYC and other large cities but is based in Spokane. Building has a gym and the group of employees are super active.
Cons
When you work with brands like Nike, AT&T, Pepsi, Toyota and several other large brands, the expectations are through the roof!

Great people, name brand clients, good perks (healthy lifestyles encouraged)
Cons
Client deadlines took precedence over people at times. This is a common issue in ad agency work, but better internal rules should be set in my opinion.
