Toxic management and poor conditions since takenover
Pros
Company was belonged to Delhi India, in 2023 it has been taken over by Saint Gobain. Since 2023 SG looted employees' contentment, peace and personal time .very worst management in UP twiga fiber glass ltd (Ambernath Maharashtra) So many employees left due to mental harassment but in their place none was hired yet, employer is making Staffs to work more than 8 hours without pay. Only comp off of 4 hrs and above is applicable as per their norm. Sometimes they forcefully ask us to stay 2 hrs without being paid or without comp off.
Cons
Since taken over, all MNC norms/ regulations are applied to comply but salary increment like 600 INR to 1200INR per year. Mr.Vinayak Rao Surve (current GM)is responsible for all these autocratic management, who stoops that low doesn't allow employees to use Fans, table, chair.No proper washroom for employees, unhygienic washroom, poor quality lunch,dinner from nearby canteen (rice with baking soda) During global visit or other internal visit they disguise themselves to show off fake hospitality like providing good branded Tshirt and jeans for that day only, arrangement of good quality/lunch. Moreover, No transport facilities are being provided even after so many requests.
