Mission: Healthier Practices. Healthier Patients.
I worked at SmartPractice full-time
None I can think of except on-site gym but you got looked down on if you took a break from work to use it
The worst management. Very dysfunctional teams and lack of camaraderie. So many layoffs. Watch your back because you can’t trust anyone. Your only opportunity for growth is if you are favorites with the right people. Terrible work environment that makes you hate every other area of your life because you are so miserable. Pay is terrible! No raises or bonuses even when promised. No work life balance. The culture and values are a joke.
Advice to Management
Stop playing favorites. Start listening to employees. Trust your workers. If they have a concern do something about it.
Each day creates an opportunity to make an impact. At SmartPractice, we understand that its not always reflected in our day to day responsibilities but what our employees value outside of our work walls. Want to be part of a bigger mission? Come join our team.
