Sable Shortbread is Vancouver's original gourmet shortbread. We make gourmet shortbread cookies in classic and contemporary flavour combinations. Our flavour selection changes with the seasons. Our shortbread cookies are made with recipes passed down from our mothers and grandmothers. We use only the finest local, organic, fair trade and natural ingredients and never add any artificial colours or flavours to our cookies. Sable shortbread cookies are crispy, buttery delights that will make you say "yum!".
