Several roads diverge, and Randon, not sorry, travels them all. Operating through nine subsidiaries, the conglomerate manufactures and distributes (imports and exports) equipment and related services. Randon's road and rail transportation businesses produce trailers, railcars, and semi-trailers to haul agricultural, industrial, and consumer goods. Its heavy equipment and specialty vehicles include backhoe loaders, forestry equipment, and off-road trucks, sold primarily to construction and mining concerns. Randon's range of auto parts (axles, brakes, and tires), vehicle systems, and services make up nearly half of its sales. DRAMD Administração e Participações Ltda. holds a controlling 40% stake in the company.
