    Interview

    Met with hiring manager for discussion of job requirements and candidate background and skills. Hiring manager was interested in discussing Capability Maturity Model and indicated this was new to the organization. There were multiple positions available in the organization and the discussion covered a few of them. References were requested but were not contacted after the interview.
