Work hours are Monday thru Friday 7-3:30. No weekend work unless you offer to work and they need to get something completed.Cons
Management is not truthful to employees, ( president, senior managers to project managers ) sharing company info, lies, takes ever opportunity to cut your check. They promise everything then whenAdvice to Management

The interview process was quite easy. The questions were very standard. The people interviewing are not experienced, so no real research is needed. The only advice I give is to make sure you are knowledgeable about medical terminology. If you are applying for a position in AR department, make sure you know Insurance Companies.InterviewPlease explain your weaknesses.
