If you know the way to San Jose, you may also know the way to Heritage Commerce. It is the holding company for Heritage Bank of Commerce, which operates about a dozen branches in the South Bay region of the San Francisco area. Serving consumers and small to midsized businesses and their owners and managers, the bank offers savings and checking accounts, money market and retirement accounts, and CDs, as well as cash management services and loans. Commercial, construction, land, and mortgage loans make up most of the company's loan portfolio, which is rounded out by home equity and consumer loans.
